The Tecpan System

The Tecpan panel is a formed composite utilizing two pans pressed within one another and fastened to steel studs or furring through the backsheet with clips.

The facesheet, which may be aluminum or stainless steel, is brake formed around the perimeter and laminated to a core material which may be polyisocyanurate urethane, polystyrene, or impact resistant exterior plywood, depending upon your performance needs. The backsheet is an aluminum or steel pan which fits into the facesheet.

The composite is laminated with industrial neoprene contact adhesive under heat and pressure by a process that has been field proven for over 25 years. All edges are permanently sealed.

Various concealed fastening methods are available to solve specific design requirements.
